[I] Oracle: Baseball caps [message #297200] So, 09 Juli 2006 18:27

Can anyone recommend an online store that sells sci-fi logo
baseball caps? Due to extreme carelessness I've gone from having
four down to one, and it's held together with sticky tape...

I looked. I thought shirley they'd have some at the SciFi Channel store.
I was wrong.
I looked for Dr. Who merchandise and found it, but baseball caps weren't
there.
Possibly you could make a statement by designing one of your own.
I suggest you make it out of tin foil.

Yeah, I tried there already...

That's currently the plan. I acquired a blank baseball cap in
town this afternoon, and am now working on a suitable logo. I
used to have a baseball cap my Mum had embroidered with a
varient on the Clarecraft "Discworld" logo, which garnered
praise from Pterry himself[1], but she can't remember the
pattern.

[1]Although he warned my that if I wore it back-to-front, all
my brains would drain out of the peak...

You can fool most people some of the time, and some people most of the
time. That's sufficient for most purposes.

Too bad you don't have a picture. :\

And he is absolutely correct, if there happens to be a hole in your skull.
For the record, I hope there isn't.

There'd better be one [1] - otherwise what would he talk out of? Or
shovel the veggie burgers into?

You can design your own at www.spreadshirt.com
I thought of making one with "RAH! RAH!" on it -- the jocks would think me
one of them, while the geeks would /know/.

Oh, and to cross over to another thread, you can also design your own string
thong at the above site...

Oooh... good point. Let me revise that to: I hope he doesn't have any
extra or unecessary holes in his skull where brain loss might occur.

Battlestar Galactica, Stargate Atlantis and Batman seem to have baseball
caps in their merchandise.
